Purpose and quality of the site’s content

This site aims to inform the general public, professionals and the media. The commune of Vaucresson strives to provide quality and verified information, however if any information seems inaccurate or contains a typographical error, you can report it to the site administrator.

Only the resolutions adopted in plenary session and published on the commune’s information terminal are binding on the commune.

With regard to the normative texts reproduced on the site, only the version published on the information terminal is authentic.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present General Conditions of Use are governed by French law and the user, by his acceptance of the present, irrevocably gives exclusive jurisdiction to the French courts.

Responsibility

The connection of the user to the site is done under his entire responsibility. The Community cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from a malfunction of any kind, from the suspension or termination of the site, or for any material or immaterial damage resulting in any way from the connection to the Site.

Intellectual Property
